Hooomz Interiors specializes in flooring, paint, and trim work for homeowners across Moncton and Dieppe. We're not a volume shop. Every job runs through a defined methodology — from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. No guessing, no winging it, no "that's just how it goes." We hold ourselves to a standard and we expect our team to hold us to it too.

Process-driven
You follow the system, and when the system has a gap, you say so. Consistency isn't boring to you — it's the standard.
Tech-comfortable
We use software to run jobs cleanly. Time tracking, checklists, job updates — it's all digital. You don't have to love it, but you can't resist it.
Trades-minded
Experience in flooring, paint, or trim is an asset. Attitude and attention to detail will take you further here than credentials alone.
Client-aware
You're working in someone's home. You treat it accordingly — clean, respectful, and professional from arrival to departure.
Accountable
When something goes sideways, you say so early. We'd rather fix a problem than manage a surprise. Ownership over excuses.

The fine print

A few practical details.

Based in Moncton and Dieppe, NB. Most work is residential — homeowners, not general contractors. Jobs run on a defined schedule with clear start and end stages. Valid driver's licence required. Some heavy lifting involved. A background in carpentry, flooring, or painting is a strong asset, but we've trained people from scratch who turned out to be some of our best. What we can't train is character — that part's on you.
