Discover
Your project starts the moment you submit an estimate request. Your information goes into the system and a preliminary range is generated automatically from our cost catalogue. No phone tag, no waiting — you have a ballpark number and we have what we need to move forward.
By the end of Discover, you have a ballpark range. We have everything we need to build a formal estimate.

Estimate
A formal estimate is generated from our cost catalogue, broken down by trade — flooring, paint, trim — across three tiers: Good, Better, Best. Each trade shows what you're getting and what it costs at that level. One disclaimer applies: the actual quote is confirmed after the site visit. The estimate is what it looks like before we've seen your home in person.

Stage 03 · SS
Survey
We come to your home. We measure using a Bluetooth laser and iPad LiDAR — precise, fast, and fully documented. We assess site conditions, confirm what was scoped matches what's actually there, and introduce you to your Passport for the first time. This is where the portal comes to life. We walk through it with you, show you how selections work, and how your project will live there from this point forward. Your Passport opens here — everything is on record from this moment on.
What we find on site shapes the final plan. No assumptions carried forward.

Stage 04 · II
Iterations
With the site confirmed, you make your material selections directly in the portal — flooring, paint, trim, and more, drawn from our actual inventory across Good, Better, and Best tiers. The system builds your quote from your choices. Any scope adjustments are documented and updated in real time. Your Passport opens here — from this point forward, everything is on record. The quote you approve is the quote we build to.
You're in the driver's seat on selections. The system handles the numbers.

Stage 05 · GG
Go-Ahead
Scope locked. Selections confirmed. Contract signed digitally, deposit collected, start date set. Everyone knows what's happening, what it costs, and what the finished result looks like. From this point, the project is booked and protected — nothing changes without a documented change order.
Your sign-off starts the clock. Nothing moves without it.
Stage 6 of 6
Stage 06 · NN
Notify
Your start date is confirmed and your crew is assigned. You'll receive their credentials and training documentation through the portal so you know exactly who is coming into your home and what they're qualified to do. The day before work begins, a what-to-expect communication arrives with arrival times and how to prepare. Crew assignments can change due to scheduling — if they do, you're notified immediately and the portal updates in real time.
No strangers showing up unannounced. You know who's coming before they arrive.

Shield
Before the first cut is made, your home is protected. Floors covered, furniture moved, surfaces masked. Every job, every time — regardless of scope. A clean site is a safe site, and a safe site is a professional one.
Your home is treated with the same care you expect for the finished result.

Clear
Demo and removal — everything that needs to come out, comes out. Old flooring, trim, fixtures. Done properly, disposed of responsibly, and fully cleared before the next stage begins. Nothing is built on top of something that shouldn't be there.
The work no one sees is what everything else sits on.

Stage 09 · RR
Ready
Surfaces prepped, substrates confirmed, materials staged, sequencing set. A clean and organized site isn't just efficient — it's safer. We don't start installing until the site is ready to receive it. This is the stage that separates a properly run job from one that creates problems down the road.
Preparation is where quality is decided, long before the finish goes on.

Stage 10 · II
Install
The work is executed against the approved plan. Every material confirmed against your selections as it goes in. Every scope item tracked. Your Passport updates as the job progresses — so there's always a live record of what's been done and what remains.
What was quoted is what gets installed. No substitutions without your approval.
Stage 5 of 6
Stage 11 · PP
Punch
Before you see the finished space, we walk it first — a full internal quality control pass against the approved plan. Every detail checked. Touch-ups, corrections, and final refinements handled before you set foot in the room. Only once we're satisfied does the walkthrough with you begin. We find the issues. You don't have to.
The QC is ours to own. The walkthrough is yours to enjoy.
Stage 6 of 6
Stage 12 · TT
Turnover
A final walkthrough together. Every scope item closed out, every question answered. Your Passport is complete — every material, every finish, every warranty detail documented and yours permanently. Your home is returned to you better than you left it, with a full record of everything in it.
